Cesar Feliciano resides in Connecticut and has been involved in the
industry in the independent publishing market for several years.
Initially starting his comic work as an inker working with Bob Lewis as a
background inker on Suicide Squad from DC Comics, he has done
inking work for such companies as Dark Moon Productions, Obsidian
and One Shot Press. After doing this for a few years he hooked up with
Steve Woron of the Illustration Studios to learn the craft of penciling.
After spending some time under his tutelage he had his first penciled
work published in "The Captain's Jolting Tales" a horror anthology
produced by One Shot Press. He is a member of the Inkwell Group and
is collaborating with fellow Inkwell member Jimmy Tournas on
Masterpiece Comics', "Full Moon Craze" mini-series. Cesar can be
seen at conventions in the New England area as well as the NY
Comicon and Baltimore Con.
